Cooking Instructions

    After soaking beans and washing the back of, adde tatase, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and grind together

    Double leave, rub groundnut oul a little to avoid burn, and add the mixture. Do it repeatedly for all.

    Place gently in put that is filled with stems, cover and allow to cook.

    Serve hot
