  1. 2cucumber
  2. 1cabbage
  3. 1coconut
  4. 3large carrots
  5. mayonnaise for dressing
  6. 1 cansweet corn
  7. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and slice cabbage in small bits

  2. 2

    Peel and grate carrots and coconut

  3. 3

    Cut 1 cucumber vertically and core the center removing the seeds

  4. 4

    Cut the other cucumber in small bits

  5. 5

    Boil and cut eggs in small bits

  6. 6

    Mix every thing in a bowl

  7. 7

    Server in your cucumber enjoy with your Nigerian Jollof rice or fried rice
