Got this recipe at food network. Its delicious! You can easily make 4 chops without really upping the recipe. Might just need a little extra seasoning

Ingredients

  1. 2pork chops
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 3 tbspoil
  4. pork chop rub
  5. 2 tspseasoned salt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1/2 tsponion powder
  10. gravy add-ins
  11. 1 tbspfresh thyme
  12. 1vidalia onion
  13. 2 tbspgarlic
  14. 2 cupbeef broth
  15. 1 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and rub pork chops with the mixture

  3. 3

    Combine leftover spices with flour and dredge pork chops in seasoned flour

  4. 4

    Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high with oil and sear pork chops until golden brown (2-4 minutes per side)

  5. 5

    Remove pork chops and add thyme, onion, garlic and 2 tablespoons of seasoned flour, cooking until onions are caramelized (3-4 minutes)

  6. 6

    Stir in broths and scrape bottom of pan

  7. 7

    Put pork chops back in pan with gravy

  8. 8

    Cover and bake until chops are tender and gravy is thick (18-20 minutes should get it)

  9. 9

    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
