Love this stuff. So simple- so very nice. Add some fresh chopped chilli for more heat. Some corn kernels would have been great too. Enjoy!

A true Tex-Mex chilli, best served with Fritos or skillet cornbread! It makes a lot, but the leftovers freeze excellently.

My family loves this. I serve it over rice and bring leftovers to work for lunch. I've received a lot of compliments on this from people that have tried it.

Chili Sin Carne - Vegetarian / Vegan Chili
Going vegan 2015, I needed to prepare my chili con carne purely plant-based and just as delicious and hearty. Hope you'll enjoy. You can always make it more or less spicy by adding or reducing chili powder and/or spicy sauces like chimichurri, sambal olek, Tabasco or harrissa.

Looking for the proper dish to ring in the holiday season? You’ve come to the right place. This dairy-free chili recipe is chock-full of vegetables and packed with protein, making it a healthy alternative to traditional chili recipes. It’s the perfect comfort food for a cozy night in, or for celebrating with guests. For a little extra creaminess, try using Almond Breeze Unsweetened Cashewmilk. Garnish with desired toppings like tortilla strips, shredded cheese, and green onion.

Vegan Chili
We were hosting a get together for Sunday football and several of our invited guests don't eat meat. 2 of them were vegan so I promised I would have options for them. I really started over thinking it because I had never made vegan recipes... meatless yes, but not vegan. Then I started to think of football faves that I enjoy. Then it hit me... CHILI! Chili is one of my all time favorite foods especially during the fall and winter. I made a vegan version and let me tell you... you won't miss the meat. Everyone at the party ate it and loved it :-)I made this the day before and then just heated it in the crockpot the next morning.
