Chilli con Carne
I made this up from scratch and it was delicious :)
Steps

Preheat Oven to fan 180C . Chop up the onion finely and heat until onion is translucent. Add the mince and cook until mince is brown.

Then add the tomatoes to the mince with the red kidney beans and add the beef stock with the garlic and the chilli and stir in together. Simmer for 20 mins on the hob.

Put it in the oven and cook up to a hour and stir and taste it. Add more chilli if needed.

Serve it with Rice and enjoy :)
