Ingredients: 1 onion diced; 2 stalks celery diced; 2 carrots diced; 1 green pepper diced; 1 red pepper diced; 3 sprigs garlic crushed; 1 T olive oil; 1 can diced tomato don't drain; 1 can light kidney beans don't drain; 1 can black beans rinsed; 1 can corn (or bag frozen); 1 T chilli powder; 1-1/2 tsp oregano; 1-1/2 tsp basil; 1 T cumin; 1 T coconut sugar; salt and pepper; 2 T tomato paste

1onion diced
2 stalkscelery diced
2carrots diced
1green pepper diced
1red pepper diced
3 sprigsgarlic crushed
1 Tolive oil
1 candiced tomato don't drain
1 canlight kidney beans don't drain
1 canblack beans rinsed
1 cancorn (or bag frozen)
1 Tchilli powder
1-1/2 tsporegano
1-1/2 tspbasil
1 Tcumin
1 Tcoconut sugar
salt and pepper
2 Ttomato paste

Steps

Saute all diced ingredients and garlic in olive oil in large pan until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomato paste) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix in tomato paste simmer 5 minutes more. Enjoy.
