My breakfast today was purely traditional. I cooked nduma with milk tea.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the outer cover of the arrow roots using a knife.

Put them in a sufuria and add water and salt.
- 3
Cover tightly with a lid and cook for 30-40 mins
- 4
Remove from jiko and put in a plate.
- 5
Cut into halves and serve

Simple Potato Sandwich
The week is coming to an end, today is sunday. During the evening, i was busy preparing meals to be reserved for my upcoming online classes and i suddenly remembered that i did not post a recipe on cookpad this week. I would not want to miss the golden apron😍I have a Test on tuesday. And a seminar presentation which i was making a research on. It was really hectic, studying and engaging in other commitments at thesame time! I am a young basic medical sciences student, full of passion for studying and learning all the time. I have nothing above my studies and lectures. I am always busy with my books.But at thesame time i love cooking, i always squeeze to cook and share the recipes when i got the right time to do so. Which was enjoyable to my family and collageous whom always encourage me to go on.After i finish the busy work, i enter my mummie's kitchen to see if i can make a simple recipe that i could be able to post today. I found cucumbers and boiled irish potatoes. A breakfast slices of bread was also there. I checked the fridge and i found mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice.I came up with the idea of making this simple sandwich.And finally it was when i am posting the recipe i realised it was 9pm.

Yam Donuts
The democracy day has been the free day i have this week. So, i was at home without attending school.I am eager to enter the kitchen and cook iftar for the family . Because my family have been missing my iftar dishes this year as i came back late from school everyday. So, i decided to delight them with a delicious snack. #ramadhancontestI knew that yam ball is a favorite snack to the family, then i decided to prepare it but in a different way. I try making this snack for the first time and i named it "yam donuts". The outcome was fine and fun.
