Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1 kgFresh okro
  2. 1/4 kgUgba
  3. 1/2 kgBeef
  4. 2cooking spoon Palm oil
  5. Salt
  6. 3Knorr seasoning
  7. 6Fresh red pepper
  8. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  9. 1smoked titus fish
  10. 1onion
  11. 1medium sized Stock fish

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the okro with the big part of grater,Slice the fresh red pepper and onion.

    Blend the crayfish

  3. 3

    Boil the stock fish and meat till is soft.boil with onion,Salt and knorr seasoning.

    Pour in palmoil and cover to boil for 15minutes so that the palmoil will boil very well.

    Pour in the blended crayfish and fresh red pepper add salt and knorr seasoning boil for 12minutes.stir very well

  6. 6

    Pour in the okro and the ugba stir very well,after 1 min is ready.
