Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 3/4 cupcocoa
  4. pinchsalt
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  7. chocolate chips
  8. 1 cupsoftened butter

Cooking Instructions

    Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

    Sift over the butter and sugar the cocoa and the flour

  3. 3

    Add the salt and vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Crack eggs in another bowl (to make sure they are ok) and add to the mixture

  5. 5

    Beat together until they form a dough (it will not be soft)

  6. 6

    Add the chocolate chips and mix

  7. 7

    Chill for about 1 hour in the fridge

  8. 8

    Take out of the fridge and make little balls in your hands out of the dough then flatten them a bit and put them on a wax sheet over an oven tray

    Bake on medium heat about 8 to 10 minutes
