Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground chuck
  2. 1 can(small) cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 canpeas (drained)
  4. 1 cupsour cream
  5. 5baby portabello mushrooms, chopped
  6. 1salt (to taste)
  7. 1/2bag of egg noodles

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    Brown and crumble ground beef til almost fully browned, add chopped mushrooms to the pan and put pot of water on to boil for the noodles (follow instructions on the noodle bag)

    Once fully browned add mushroom soup, sour cream and peas, stir. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour over egg noodles and enjoy! Try it with my garlic parmasean roasted potatoes

Delicious! I omitted the peas because I didn't have any. It was still great though, my kids loved it.
