Ingredients

8 servings
  1. porkchops
  2. 8porkchops bone in
  3. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 6 clovegarlic
  5. salt
  6. gravy
  7. 1 cupsr flour
  8. 1 1/2 stickbutter
  9. 6 cupwater
  10. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

    Heat oil in pan. Slice the garlic and fry in oil

  3. 3

    Add porkchops and fry in oil. Put the chops in a pan and bake till done.

  4. 4

    In the pan add butter, and melt. Add flour and stir till oil and flour is incorporated. Add water stirring constantly till it become a gravy consistency.

    Add salt cover set aside. When the porkchops are done add to gravy heat and incorporate well. Let sit covered 15 minutes off heat. Serve hope you enjoy!
