Beef Salsa with Tortillas to dip

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 100 gramsminced beef
  3. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  4. 2 cloveGarlic cloves crushed
  5. 2Green Chillies diced
  6. 1/4 tspPaprika
  7. 1 canchopped Tomatoes
  8. 2 cupBeef Stock
  9. 1Jar of Salsa
  10. 2 tbspTomatoe puree
  11. 1Grated leicester cheese or Mozzella
  12. 2Packets of Tortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Fry beef in oil, add chopped onion, and Garlic.fry until onion has softened. Then add Paprika, green Chillies , can of tomatoes stir mixture. Transfer to croc pot then add beef stock, stir and add the jar or can of Salsa mix stir . Bring to boil and simmer stirring occasionally. Simmer for 40 mins then add Tomato puree to thicken. Pour into a large bowl and arrange tortillas around the outside of the bowl standing up around the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle Cheese of your choice around the middle to melt.
