Put some oil in the pain

Cook the meat and add onions to it

Add the vegetables (you can add anything you like) with the meat

Add the spices and the sauce (again if yoy wish for more spices you can add it as you wish)

Let it cook for 20min or more if needed.

You can use this for tacos or spaghetti. (tip: Mix a little bit of it with eggs in the morning)
