At my house we will buy a jar of salsa and it will be gone the next day so, I learned to make salsa for myself when we didn't have any left in our cupboard. This is the recipe I use and it taste great every time!! (-:

This is a great tasting and easy snack to make for get togethers.

I've always loved fresh tomatoes. I used half ripe ones that gave the salsa a tangy sweet taste (& the greenish yellow parts also make it colorful). So ditch the canned ones and see the difference! 😊Add more chilies to your desired HOT🔥ness.

Perfect to add a little bit of each salsa/dip/vinaigrette to quinoa, tacos, rice, or tortillas for fajitas

Just a quick and simple mixture that's a tasty twist on salsa and sour cream. My chunky salsa was kind of thin this time around so what little chunks there were sunk to the bottom in this picture. Ha!

This is an easy and delicious low carb favorite in my house. You can eat this alone or serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in tacos.
