Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 cupflour (I used self rising)
  2. 1 cupmilk (I used 2%)
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tbsppowdered sugar
  9. 3 tbspbutter
  10. 2to 3 shakes of pumpkin pie spice
  11. 2to 3 shakes cinnamon
  12. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

In a bowl mix milk and lemon juice set aside

  2. 2

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

Melt butter than add to milk and lemon juice. Add egg and mix together.

  4. 4

Add wet and dry ingredients together until smooth and then shake in pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, mix some more. (I kept the milk near by because my batter was to thick at first)

  5. 5

Heat pan on medium heat not to high so your pancakes don't burn. Use oil or pam spray in pan as well to prevent sticking.

  6. 6

Add batter to heated pan do not flip until you see bubbles the more bubbles the better. Just lift to make sure its not burning.

  7. 7

Cook until done I usually poke the middle to make sure it's cooked all the way..

  8. 8

Put on your favorite plate top with a pat of butter and more pumpkin pie spice.. drizzle with agave syrup & enjoy! !
