Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmilk
  2. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  3. 1 cupflour
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1egg
  8. 2 tbspbutter melted
  9. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  10. caramel topping
  11. 2 tbspbutter
  12. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  13. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.

    Melt butter on med-low heat And mix together brown sugar and water until moist and sticky
