We use this pancake recipe most of the time. It's the right taste and fluffiness that u can find in most pancake shops and cafes. If u love to have a bigger piece, you can separate the yolks and the whites. Beat the whites into meringue and add to the batter last by folding it gently until it mixes or incorporated well.
