    Chawal or daal dono ko ala alag bhigo de 7-8 hrs ke liye.

    Ab dono ko alag alag mixi mein pees le.

    Ab dono paste ko mix kar de.

    Isme soda or salt daalkar fermentation ke liye faram jagah pe rakh de 8-10 hrs ke liye.

    Ab poori tarah se fermanent ho chuka hoga iski consistency sooji ke batter jesi rakhe.

    Ab idli stand mein pani dalkar gas pe rakh de.

  7. 7

    Ab idli ke sancho mein oil laga kar ready karein.

    Ab batter mein eno dake or sancho mein dale.

    Or dhak de.

  10. 10

    10 min baad cheak karein knife se.

  11. 11

    Agar chipak raha ho to or pakne de.

  12. 12

    Sambhar ke sath serve karein.
