Cooking Instructions

Per boil the rice with a little salt&ajino

Put Vegetable oil into a pan add spring onion,eggs and saute, Then add the carrots and cook until tender

Add in the rice and Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Serve immediately with green onions for garnish, if desired. Serve with sweet&sour chicken or stew

I love this recipe. I was surprised by the taste. I never tried vegetables with rice, so this was my first time. It is easy to make , and you can eat it with ketchup or just add lime juice.You can make for the family just by doubling the ingredients.Dimce Andovski
