This recipe my mother has had since I can remember. It is one of mine and my wife's favorite.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare graham cracker crumb crust according to box instructions. Press firmly into a 9x9 cake pan.

Using a hand mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the condensed milk a little at a time while beating. Next add the vanilla and lemon juice, mix until smooth.

Pour mixture onto crumb crust and smooth mixture flat with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours over night.
- 4
Spread raspberry filling on top and serve.

Chocolate / Rasberry / White Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake
This is the result of needing a cheesecake in a limited amount of time. I wanted layers to make it special. So I made a three layer whipped no bake cheesecake. The texture is lighter than a baked cheesecake , almost like a mousse. It's very simple to prepare, it just uses a lot of bowls! It slices into beautiful layers with a delicious hazelnut cream cookie crust.


Creamy Cheesecake
Personally, I do not make the crust or use a spring form pan. I just use a deep dish sized frozen crust. Its very important you let this cool slowly, otherwise the top will crack. It's just visual though, will still taste just great!
