Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix eggs & 2tbs of water in a bowl

Melt butter and coat baking tray evenly
- 4
Mix all other ingredients in gallon size ziplock bag(except for pork)
- 5
Dip chopsin egg mixture then throw into ziplock bag and shake up closed bag. I would advise 2 chops at a time in bag.

Place breaded chops on buttered baking pan and cook about 20 min per side. Make sure chops reach 160°.
