Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut out the edges of sliced bread
- 2
Use a rolling pin and roll out both sides of the bread gently
- 3
Use a cookie cutter or any round tool to cut out a round shape big enough to fit your cupcake bake pan
- 4
Lay out your bread cut pieces
- 5
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl and add the blended sausages
- 6
Add the diced vegetables with little seasoning (be careful when adding seasoning as the sausage already contains salt)
- 7
Add a teaspoon of water and whisk with a fork to mix and set aside
- 8
Lightly grease your cupcake pan with butter
- 9
Then gently lay the bread into the pan depth and place the pan and bread in your preheated oven for 3 minutes to set the bread cups
- 10
After 3 minutes the bread must have hardened a bit, then gently add in the egg and vegetable mix into the cups and sprinkle your mozzarella cheese on-top
- 11
Then place in your hot oven to bake until completely set from top to bottom (you can use a foil paper to cover the top of the pan to prevent it from browning too fast

So many quiche recipes, so little time! 😁. Here’s one that I recently made for my sister, who’s vegetarian. I made it without a crust (because dealing with a crust seemed like too much effort on this particular day), and I’m happy to say that we both really enjoyed it!#Vegetables #Brunch #Breakfast #Lunch Chris Gan -

Spicy Sausage and Tomato Quiche Spicy Sausage and Tomato Quiche
I work with the elderly doing home healthcare. I've noticed many of them eat quiche, as it's so delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare and reheat. I was inspired to put one of my own together. It's a colorful quiche/breakfast pot pie. It's colorful and tasty. I use store bought pie shells, but I suppose you can make your own pie crust, or maybe even make with frozen hash browns in a casserole? If someone does that, let me know! You could add mushrooms, spinach, maybe even kale. As I always say, recipes are guide books, not rule books... So, make it your own! Sempio's Simple & Savory💋
