Cooking Instructions

preheat oven at 110

add egg whites to a metal bowl
- 3
whisk egg whites until stiff peaks
- 4
add a dessert spoon of sugar and whisk for 30 seconds
- 5
repeat adding sugar and whisking until all the sugar is encorporated
- 6
add a third of the icing sugar
- 7
fold in to the mix with a large metal spoon
- 8
repeat this until all the icing sugar is incorporated
- 9
place mixture on to greaseproof paper on a baking tin
- 10
place in preheated oven for 1 hour
