    Break the eggs in a bowl and beat with salt and little black pepper.

    Cut onion and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Fry the onions in a sufuria until golden brown. Add in the eggs and turn until it form scramble eggs.

    Cut tomatoes and add. Cover for two minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir again for 3 minutes then serve

  6. 6

    Best eaten with Ugali.
