Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1large (peeled into ribbons) Carrot
  2. 1 cup(shredded) Red cabbage
  3. 2 stalks(chopped) Green onion
  4. 1 tablespoonSesame seeds
  5. to taste Miso paste
  6. to taste Ginger paste
  7. to taste Soy sauce
  8. to taste Hoisin sauce
  9. to taste Sesame oil
  10. to taste Sriracha
  11. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the carrot into ribbons and shred the red cabbage.

    Combine carrot, cabbage, and green onion in a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix miso paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, Sriracha, and water. Adjust each ingredient to taste.

    Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
