sticky banana cake

This is something I do when banana goes overripe,just add everything and yummy healthy cake is ready,u can even add grated carrot and dates,and blueberries to it

I saw a banana has turned brown which nobody wants to eat. So baked this banana cake which everyone ate 😋!!

I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes

While this recipe isn't difficult in any way, it pays off to have some patience and take it a little slow while you make it, so that the components can cool a little before you use them.I recently learned of the microwave trick and it made this recipe so much faster and easier.Give it a shot!

It's our 2nd time to make the cake. It's better the 2nd time around.
