  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  3. 2 cupssugar or equivalent sugar substitute, such as splenda
  4. 4eggs or equivalent of egg substitute
  5. 3 cupsall purpose flour or gluten free flour mixture
  6. 2 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 1/2 tspground cloves
  8. 2 1/2 tspcinnamon
  9. 1 cupchopped walnuts
  10. 6ripe bananas
  11. 1canister cream cheese frosting

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream butter & oil together. Add sugar & eggs. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, cloves, & cinnamon. Mix well. Add walnuts. Mix well. Mash bananas well & add to mixture. Mix well.

    Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Spread cooled cake with Cream cheese frosting. Serve.
