Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupwater
  2. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspgrated lemon zest
  4. 1 cupfresh lemon juice (5~6 lemons)

Cooking Instructions

    combine the water and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    stirring to dissolve the sugar.

  3. 3

    remove from the heat and allow to let cool to room temperature

  4. 4

    stir in the lemon zest and juice and pour into paper cups or container n freeze until soild
