Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAvalakki (poha)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1/2 TBSlemon juice
  5. 1 tbsground nuts
  6. 1 tbsphutana
  7. 1/4 tspcummin seeds
  8. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  9. 2 tbsoil
  10. 6-7curry leaves
  11. 3-4green chillies
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric Powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/4 tspsugar
  15. as neededCoriander leaves
  16. 1 tbsphutana powdee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak poha

  2. 2

    In a kadai heat oil add ground nuts fry it

  3. 3

    Add cummin, mustard seeds, phutana

  4. 4

    Add onion and curry leaves

  5. 5

    Cook for 1mins

  6. 6

    Add tomato

  7. 7

    Add turmeric, salt sugar phutana Powder and mix

  8. 8

    Add coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Finally add lemon juice

  10. 10

    Now add poha and mix
