  3. 2-3 tbspGhee
  4. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tspCurry leaves
  8. 2 tbspRoasted peanuts
  9. 2brinjal
  10. 2small onion
  11. 2small potatoes
  12. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  13. 1 tbspGinger chilli garlic paste
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. For Stuffing
  16. 1/2 cupfresh grated coconut
  17. 1/2 cupRoasted Peanuts
  18. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves chopped
  19. 1 tbspOil
  20. 2 tbspsessme seeds
  21. 2 tbspCoriander cumin powder
  22. 1 tspGaram masala
  23. 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  24. 1 tbspGinger chilli garlic paste
  25. to tasteSalt
  26. Sugar(obt)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dal and rice.

    For Stuffing:- Make a powder of peanuts. And take in a plate mix ginger chilli garlic paste salt grated coconut red chilli powder garam masala cumin coriander powder turmeric powder sessme seeds oil mix well.Masala is ready. Now make cuts in brinjal onion and potato and stuff masala.

    Now heat ghee in a cooker crackle cumin and mustard seeds. Add dal and rice roasted peanuts green peas ginger chilli garlic paste turmeric powder and left over stuffing masala. Mix well add salt and 2glass water mix well. Now put all stuffed veggies.n sugar. Stir and make 3whistle. Immidiately open. Mix well and serve. Hot. Tasty delicious Sambhari khichdi is ready to serve.
