I wanted a ice cream float but had no ice cream so I came up with this.

The sun is getting scorcher and vacations around we all need to cool down faster and what better way to chill than this sweetheart mocktail blended with vanilla ice cream and rose syrup!Excellent option for your house party too this drink is super easy to whip up. Just follow the measurements.

This is based on my vanilla ice cream. I experimented several times to get the right ratio of cocoa.Use animal or plant-based cream, whichever you prefer.
