Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsmelted butter
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 1/2 cupflour
  6. 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  7. 1/4 cupcaramel
  8. 2 1/2 cupice cream of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix butter and sugar

    Add egg and vanilla

  3. 3

    Next, incorporate flour and unsweetened cocoa powder, mix well!

    Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Cut in half the cookie and put some ice cream, caramel and the rest of ice cream. Finally, put the other half of cookie

  6. 6

    Wrap it in plastic or wax paper

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 2 hours
