  21. 100 mlyoghurt
  22. 2 tbspbarbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Put the ground beef and the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hands. Then separate the meat in 4 pieces and form patties out of it.

    Cut the ginger in little pieces. Put all the ingredients a hot pan with oil and roast them.

    Mix the ingredients

    Heat the pan and put butter and oil in it. Then put the patties in and turn them after 4-5 minutes. When they're almost done place the cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.

    Roast the bacon in a pan without oil.

    Heat the burger buns in the oven or the pan.

    Take the burger buns and put some sauce on the bottom part.

    Put some apple, onion, ginger mix on the sauce. Or later on the patty.

    Place the patty on the mix.

    Put 2 slices of the bacon on the cheese of every burger and add a little bit of sauce on top.
