  3. 1/2onion
  4. 8 gramsbutter
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt for burger meat
  6. 1/4 teaspoonpepper for burger meat
  7. 150 gramsground beef
  8. 1 slicecheese
  9. Burger Sauce
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  11. 2 teaspoonsketchup
  12. 1 teaspoonmustard
  13. 1 tablespoonchopped pickles
  14. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  15. 1/8 teaspoonpepper

    First, mix the burger sauce. Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Set aside.

    Next, sauté the onions. Slice the onion into strips and add to a pan. For quicker cooking, add a little water and turn the heat to high. Cook until the onions are soft. Once the water has almost evaporated, lower the heat and add butter. Continue to sauté the onions until they are translucent and turn brown, which will make them sweet and flavorful.

    Then, add the bacon cut into small pieces. Sauté until the bacon is slightly crispy. Tilt the pan to separate the oil, then remove the sautéed onions and bacon and set aside.

    Season the burger meat. Add ground beef, egg yolk (save the egg white to fry and use in the burger), a little salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties. I'll divide it into two patties. Set aside.

    For the burger bun, I choose to use keto bread (the recipe was shared before this one).

    When ready to eat, shape the seasoned meat into patties and press them flat. Fry in a pan over high heat, sprinkling a little salt and pepper on top.

    Leave for 3 minutes to sear the side touching the pan, then flip. Place a slice of cheese on one patty and wait 2-3 minutes for the meat to cook.

    Add the sautéed onions and bacon back to the pan to warm them up.

    Cover the cheese with a lid or something similar to help it melt.

    While waiting, slice the keto bread in half and toast it. Then, set it aside.

    Spread the prepared burger sauce on the bottom slice of bread. Place the fried egg white on top.

    When the time is up, stack the other patty on the one with cheese, then place it on top of the fried egg white. Add the sautéed onions and bacon on top of the meat.

    Finish with the other piece of keto bread on top. It's ready to eat. Delicious and filling!
