Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgsemi-wholemeal flour
  2. 300 mlWater
  3. 2 tbspOlive oil (evo)
  4. 5 gramsYest
  5. 20 gramsFlax seeds
  6. 20 gramsSunflower seeds
  7. 20 gramsPumpkin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl put the yeast, 1/3 of the flour and 150ml of the water. Let it stand until it's bubbling.

    Add the remaining flour, water, and finally the oil. When it's well mixed add the seeds and let rise until doubled in volume.

    Creates the shape you want and let the dough rise again.

  4. 4

    bake at 220°F for about 20 minutes. ...your bread is ready!!!!
