Everyone has had some sort of version of this. After grocery shopping, I really didn’t have the energy to cook anything intricate. This was quick and easy but nonetheless delicious. * it’s important not to overdo the sauce and veggies. You don’t want the water content in the vegetables to make the bread saugy.

I got a bit bored with the usual tomato based pizza toast, so I used what I had in my kitchen and made this.I used store-bought teriyaki chicken. It's nice with sausage too! Recipe by Nanagukun

This is the only bread recipe my rice-loving husband likes! When I made it before the vegetables didn't get cooked through properly, so I microwaved them beforehand!I added lots of toppings!I think that thick cut bread tastes better, but regular sliced bread is fine.Line the rack with foil, and line up the bread pieces next to each other. My late mother used to often make this for our breakfast or a lunch on a day off when I was a child.You can also cut the bread into smaller pieces.Don't under-cook the eggs, but also be careful not to cook for too long or it will become like tartar sauce when you combine with the mayonnaise. I just came home from my run and was super hungry. I love pizza hate pizza sauce and prefer healthier foods. I just messed around with some ingredients and viola! I love this meal. I dip my slices in a jalapeno sauce, and i love a salad on the side :D

Pizza is a common thing to eat when everyone gets together, right? I thought I could make a simple and easy pizza bread, so I gave this a try. I recommend it.Use whatever you like for the filling. Please adjust the baking time and temperature accordingly. It'll become a bit thin, but you can also bake this on a tray with baking paper. Please adjust the cooking time.
