I wanted to eat an egg sandwich, but I also wanted to eat pizza.
I thought I'll just mix them together, and made this.

2 sliceSliced bread
1/4Onion
2Boiled eggs
1 tbsp◎Mayonnaise
1 tsp◎Soup stock granules
1◎Salt and pepper
50 gramsPizza cheese
1Ketchup

Finely chop the onion and microwave at 500W for 1 1/2 minutes.

Crush the boiled egg with a fork. Combine the ◎ ingredients with the onion.

On the bread, spread the mix from Step 2, pizza cheese, then the ketchup. Toast for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
