I wanted to come up with a new way of eating toast with spice. There are lots of recipes using mustard, black pepper or shichimi togarashi (chili pepper mix) so I thought, how about wasabi? I chose egg, which I thought would go well with wasabi.Since the egg, mayonnaise, and cheese make the flavor quite mild, you need to add an amount of wasabi that may make you think "wow, this much!?" in order to taste its spiciness. If you add about 2 1/2 teaspoons of paste (about 5 cm from a tube) you will finally start to taste the spiciness. Please adjust the amount to taste. For 1 slice. Recipe by Necchan
