Chocolate Truffles Chocolate Truffles
I make this every year for my husband on Valentines Day.When pouring in step 6 it will jump out at you, so use a pot with depth. If you cool for too long it'll become difficult to cut, so try storing at room temperature for 30 minutes. This can be made with one bar of chocolate. I LOVE these truffles for a healthy treat that tastes completely indulgent. The avocado blends in seamlessly with the chocolate and gives it an unbelievable creaminess without any avocado taste. Yay for healthy fats! Apple of My Eye -

Nama Chocolate Nama Chocolate
The 'Nama' in Nama Chocolate comes from the Japanese word '生チョコレート', pronounced as Nama, meaning pure and fresh. Nama Chocolate is a type of French Ganache, made by adding fresh cream to chocolate, letting it set, and then dusting it with cocoa powder before cutting it into pieces. If you love rich and smooth Nama Chocolate, let's make it together!Join Syu's fan page to explore more recipes👇 www.facebook.com/syukitchenIG🔎syukitchen 小毓の饗樂廚房Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
Rich Chocolate Ganache Rich Chocolate Ganache
This is a chocolate sauce that I've made often for a long time. The picture shows this used as icing on a banana chocolate mousse cake.If you won't be using it right away, put it into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 2 weeks. You can also store it in the freezer if you divide it into small portions and place into bags. Melt the amount you want to use in a double boiler or microwave.Adjust the heavy cream to the sweetness of the chocolate. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
