Ingredients

  1. 6Roma tomato’s flesh removed
  2. 1/2Red onion
  3. 3Green onions
  4. 3 1/2 Tablespoonscilantro
  5. 1 1/2minced garlic or less
  6. 1/2jalapeño or Anaheim pepper
  7. 1lime juice
  8. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  9. 1 pinchor garlic powder,onion powder
  10. 1 dashred wine vinegar or regular vinegar
  11. 1 pinchcumin
  12. to tasteSalt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stir the chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice,lemon juice,onion powder, green onions, garlic, garlic powder, cumin red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving
