For years and years I've seen people eat this in Mexican restaurants. I've never had this before, but always wanted to try it. I searched recipes online and pulled things I liked from different places to come up with this variation.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2large sweet onion, diced
  2. 2-3medium tomatoes, diced
  3. 1/2English cucumber, diced
  4. 1/2avocado, diced
  5. 2-3serano peppers, diced
  6. 2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro
  7. 1 cupClamato juice
  8. 1 cuptomato juice
  9. 2 Tbspketchup
  10. Juice of 1 lime
  11. 1 lbshrimp, cooked, cooled and diced
  12. DashWorcestershire sauce
  13. Dashtobasco sauce
  14. to tasteSalt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    If you are using fresh shrimp, cook these first and let them cool completely.

    Chop all vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients to a container with a lid.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for a couple hours so flavors can blend.
