Strawberry Oreo Milk Chiffon Cake - Kids Will Love It

I've wanted to make an Oreo chiffon cake for a long time because I'm a huge fan of chiffon cakes. They're never boring... so light and low in calories compared to other cakes, and they're super quick to make... haha. I planned to make this Oreo chiffon cake months ago but never got around to it. Finally, I had some leftover strawberry Oreos from my child. Instead of letting them go stale, I decided to use them, plus I still had some strawberry-flavored milk. Perfect! The kids will definitely love it. This is a self-modified recipe. Let's get to the recipe! This is for a 17cm chiffon pan. If you want to double the recipe, use a 22cm pan.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar briefly until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk and oil, and mix until just combined. Finally, add the flour and mix well.

Beat ingredients B until stiff peaks form. To do this: beat until bubbles start to form, then gradually add the sugar in 3 parts until stiff peaks form (the egg whites should not fall when the bowl is turned upside down).

Add the crushed strawberry Oreos and mix until just combined. Do not overmix or mix for too long.
- 5
Bake at 350°F (180°C) in a preheated oven.

Poppy Seed & Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake Poppy Seed & Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake
I wanted to make a fluffy chiffon cake using cream cheese, and it worked! The air bubbles in the meringue will pop easily because of the cream cheese, so in order to prevent the meringue from becoming lifeless and flat, work quickly but efficiently. Removing the cake from the cake pan is difficult, so rather than using your hands, I recommend using a chiffon knife to gently take it out. For one 17 cm [6.7 in] chiffon cake pan. Strawberry Chiffon Cake Strawberry Chiffon Cake
I had a craving for strawberry chiffon cake, so I tried baking it.1 pack of strawberries is more than enough for the batter and garnish. If you are not going to use the leftover strawberry sauce as a garnish, you can just mash rather than blending in a food mill. The batter is very thick at Step 4, but it will thin out as you mix in the egg whites. Moist and Airy Black Tea Chiffon Cake Moist and Airy Black Tea Chiffon Cake
This is the tea chiffon cake I always make. When I eat something rich with a generous heaping of tea leaves, I feel like I'm treating myself well (Is that just me?). Chiffon cake really is delicious!!It is a bit of a pain, but grinding up the tea leaves used as topping will give the cake a better mouth feel. Be careful not to over-whip the egg whites. If you over-whip them, then you will have problems from Step 8 onwards. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan
