Light your jiko or pre heat oven if you have one I don't know how many degrees coz I use jiko oven

Sieve all dry ingredients together

Beat sugar, oil and eggs in a bowl with a Miko
- 4
Add the flour while you mix add milk for consistency

Grease you pan then dust it with a bit of flour then put your batter in and the place in the oven for 30-45 min
- 6
Once done remove and set aside to cool then enjoy

Milled /Crushed Cocoa pop Cake
I honestly do not know the name to give to this cake ......this cake recipe was inspired by Ria's Kitchen @cook_29545868 after I peeped into her cocoa pop cake recipe and I baked it. After my experience with her recipe so I decided to try something different. The cocoa crunchy I bought was not crunchy and I didn't want to waste them so I put it in the oven for 8 mins to" bake-dry" it ...lol then blended it into smooth powder. I then incorporated it into @cook_29545868 recipe and the end result was a yummy inside and light crunchy crust outside..... lol

My cake baking story in detail!Bcos of my love for cakes I decided to learn how to bake so that I can bake my self some yummy cake any time any day I want!And it came to pass that I tried on 2 different occasions and it was nothing to write home about. One came out very bitter, another was burnt beyond recognition, and Another was as hard as kpafuruchi! It was very terrible! And quite disappointing too. But I didn't give up either cos am so determined to get it right!I sent an SOS to my honourable members of cookpad team and they came to my rescue. Thankio so much Mrs Udoka Anyanwu. She's the one that gave me this recipe and encouraged me to try it out which i did and it came out perfect! 👌 am so grateful to u ma'am I really appreciate especially ur words of encouragement . A Bigger thankio to Omo Ola events and services, u rock big time! She really took out her time to answer my numerous questions and also taught me a lot of things I need to know on how to bake a perfect cake. u are the Bomb ma'am.And a bigger bigger thankio to Ritzamor Pastries!
