  1. 2/3 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 cupCorn Starch
  3. 1/3 cupCane Sugar
  4. 1 stick (4 oz)Unsalted Butter

    Melt the butter and add sugar . Next add corn starch (you could also use same amount of potato starch ) and flour.

    Knead everything well to form a thick dough

    Separate the dough into two equal halves .Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for about an hour or so

  4. 4

    Take the dough and cut in two desired shape ( I made those lines above with a fork) and arrange it on a baking tray

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 325F and bake the biscuits to about 15 minutes or until the biscuit becomes lightly brown on the bottom side.
