Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 4-5 medium sizepotatoes boiled
  2. 1 medium size onion chopped
  3. 1tomato (puri with garlic)
  4. 4-5garlic kliya
  5. 1-2green chilli
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2garam masala
  9. 1 tspcarmon seeds ajwain
  10. 1 tspamchur powder
  11. 3 spoon veg oil
  12. as neededwater
  13. for poori
  14. 2 cupwhole wheat flour(atta)
  15. 1 tspoil
  16. as neededwater to knead the flour
  17. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai.add the ajwain fry them.add the chopped onion and fry till golden add the tomato paste

    When they are soft add the turmeric powder and red chilli powder mix well

  3. 3

    Now add the boiled potatoes(in pieces with hand)add water 2cup or as you need, sprinkle the amchur and garam masala off the flame

    Making pooris

    Knead the flour with oil and water.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadhai for frying the pooris

  7. 7

    Now ready
