Millet Bagels Millet Bagels
There are lots of bagel recipes that contain cereal grains, but I hadn't seen one with millet. I love the appearance of the yellow millet, and the way the texture pops when I bite in is so much fun.You can omit Steps 3-5, and instead flatten the dough, punching a hole with your fingers and rotating to widen it as you might when making a doughnut. The millet may fall out of the dough when you are shaping it, so just press it back into the bagel after you are done shaping it, and it will stick in. South Indian Filter Coffee South Indian Filter Coffee
South Indian filter coffee, also known as "Kaapi," is a popular traditional delicious coffee preparation in the southern states of India. It is typically made from a blend of dark-roasted coffee beans (usually Arabica or a mix of Arabica and Robusta) and chicory. The coffee decoction (coffee concentrate) is made by brewing the coffee grounds and chicory mixture in a metal vessel called a "filter" with hot water. The dark, strong decoction is then mixed with hot milk and sugar to taste before serving in a tumbler and davarah (metal cups).South Indian filter coffee is often described as having a smooth and balanced flavor profile with lower acidity compared to some other brewing methods. The addition of chicory also helps reduce the acidity in the coffee. This type of coffee is suitable for people with acid reflux and it also helps protect tooth enamel due to low acidity.Overall, it’s a very unique way to prepare a delicious cup of coffee and enjoyed with some tea biscuits or cake.My in-laws are from the southern part of India and I learned this recipe from my mother-in-law. Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto
Dalgona Busteloo amaretto ..My husband and me récipe ...enjoy. Add all the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl (you can easily double or triple this recipe). Using a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip on one of the higher speeds.Whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn't get whipped.Taste (if is very strong! But of course diluted with your milk) and add more sugar IF desired. I've seen some people add another tablespoon of sugar, but it was fine for me. Remember it'll be diluted with the milk!Add the coffee to a tall glass (about 8-12 ounces) of your favourite milk. I've tried it with soy milk, almond and 0ats milk., then spoon the whipped coffee on top. If using hot, just add it to the glass.Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.Sip and enjoy! Also take a photo 😉 Zelibeth Ditterline -

It's also great with spinach and mushrooms.- The grated cheese contains salt, so please adjust the amount of salt when seasoning to taste.- The picture shows one serving, but the amounts are for two.- If you want to have a richer sauce, increase the amount of heavy cream. The World's Best Rice Pudding The World's Best Rice Pudding
I love rice pudding!! I found a recipe that is very close to my favorite store brand and refined it to what I am sharing with you now. You can thank me by marking this recipe as a favorite and making it often, and you will once your family and friends get a taste of it. I'm NOT a fan of raisins in rice pudding. In fact, I don't believe they belong in rice pudding. I included them in this recipe for those of you that are on #TeamRaisin. Enjoy and share your opinion (of the recipe, not the raisin controversy). I'd like to know how it turns out!! DaniB
