A simple morning breakfast with scrambled eggs & fresh scallions

Hello, did everyone have a lovely week? It was another beautiful Sunday morning here in NL, the sun was shining, a warm day, and the colors were just amazing. We had decided to do some grocery shopping as the supermarkets here are opened on Sundays. But first things first, Charlie needed to be walked, during the weekends my husband does the walking, I on the other hand make breakfast job of make a delicious breakfast and some coffee.
I know that most know how to make scrambled eggs, but there are others who are just starting to cook, so what better way than to start with Scrambled Eggs. 🙂 Have you ever tried adding in some fresh Scallions or Chives, Parmesan Cheese and Sweet Paprika? If not you should try out this recipe.
By the time hubby was back from walking Charlie breakfast was ready 🙂 Charlie’s breakfast (cookie snacks) was already in his bowl, he always like a snack or two when we come back from a long walk. 🙂
I would love to hear what you like to eat for Breakfast. 🙂

This is a wonderful way to make scrambled eggs that incorporates the Chinese cuisine method of eggs gradually being dropped in a hot liquid. It was published by Kenji López-Alt in The New York Times. It makes creamy, sumptuous scrambled eggs. Whenever I have heavy cream in the fridge, this is the way I make eggs.#breakfast #American Ricardo -

Sausages & Slightly Sweetened Scrambled Egg for Breakfast Sausages & Slightly Sweetened Scrambled Egg for Breakfast
I wanted to make a recipe that uses tablespoon of ingredients because I never really feel like carefully measuring out teaspoons of ingredients early in the morning.I measure out my ingredients in tablespoons as much as possible. If you want the eggs to be a little sweeter, add 1 tablespoon mirin instead of sake.Don't overcook the eggs until they become dry and crumbly.Make the eggs a little firmer than you would make scrambled eggs.Once half of the egg mixture is cooked through, the rest of the egg mixture will cook in residual heat.
