Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1 pinchSalt
  3. 1 tbspMilk
  4. 1 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk the eggs, salt and milk.

  2. 2

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

  3. 3

Continuously stir the egg while heating over medium-low heat.

  4. 4

Once the egg becomes slightly sticky and thickens, turn off the heat.

  5. 5

Then cook the egg using the residual heat until it reaches your desired firmness. Mix continuously.

  6. 6

Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, transfer it onto a plate and serve.

  7. 7

The egg will be slightly sticky, so even if you put it in a sandwich, it won't fall apart.

  8. 8

It's yummy if you sandwich it between bread with tomato sauce,.
