Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  2. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  3. 1/2 cupchopped aloo
  4. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. 1big chopped onion
  7. 1 teaspoonKasuri methi
  8. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 teaspoonor as per taste chilli powder
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 1 pinchhing
  12. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  13. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  14. 1/2 cupbesan
  15. 2 teaspoonrice flour
  16. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and rest it in the fridge for half hour, when chilli heat oil in kadai and deep fry like cutlets. Keeping in fridge make the oil absorption low.
