Cooking Instructions

    Parboiled the rice and beans separately. Then rinse and drained the rice and set aset

    Rinse the parboiled rice. Put a big pot with moderate water on fire and add the parboiled bean. Allow to cook until tender but not well done. Then add the rice, and allow cook till the water drys up.

    Boil your chicken with spices and seasoning. Drained out the broth and fry. Fried pepper with onion, then stir the chicken into it

    In a separate pot, fry your blended Pepper and tomatoes. Add the tomatoes puree, curry, tymes, seasoning cubes and salt and any other spice you are using. Allow it to fry without getting burn. When the stew is cooked, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil

    Then add the almost cooked beans and rice to the pot, and mix with spatula

    Reduce the heat to low heat. Allow to cook. Add green beans when the water has almost dry up. Then add carrots when the food is done. Stir and allow to simmer for few minutes.
