Cooking Instructions

    Wash and add milk to rice to cook rice. Make sure it is cooked.

    Blend carrots and red bell pepper. Heat pan add oil. Add garlic. Allow to fry a little. Add pureed carrots and red bell. Allow to fry a little. Add salt and pepper. Pour in chicken stock. Pour in rice and stir to combine.

    Add butter and keep stirring. Add more stock. Adjust seasoning. Add your chopped green beans and green bells. Take off heat.

  4. 4

    Pan sear chicken and serve. Garnish with cucumber.
